This is the second part in a two part series about this styled shoot hosted in Davidson, NC! Alexis and Adam were our second and last couple of the day. They have been together for three years now and I can tell it has been three years of nothing but laughs for these two. This has to be one of the most playful couples I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I know myself and the other photographers just could not stop photographing this beautiful couple - they just made our jobs WAY too easy! With this being a styled shoot, there was no true vow ceremony yet we had a staged one! We asked Alexis and Adam to just say some nice things to each other as if they were exchanging vows. Alexis started and she began her “vows” with “Roses are red, violets are blue…” and all of us just laughed!

We had a beautiful charcuterie picnic for their “reception” and then went off to do some couples portraits! We had a little bit of time left in our shoot and the sunset was absolutely gorgeous, so we snuck over to where the other group was shooting even though it wasn’t part of our schedule! The other group who was photographing our first couple, Brittany and Randy, were done using the car so we decided we were going to get some bonus shots! Let me tell you, these sunset car photos have to be some of my all time favorite portraits! This shoot was an absolute blast, and I would jump at the opportunity to work with all of these people again!
