Carly and Eli are some of the sweetest friends I know and this Beaufort, South Carolina beach session with them was an absolute dream! I have known these two for quite a few years and have had the honor to photograph all of their big life events - their proposal, their college graduation, and their wedding! The love these two share for each other is just so effortless and fun, so it makes my job incredibly easy! They brought along their sweet little springer spaniel, Piper, and I think she had the best time out of all of us! I don’t know that I have seen a dog as excited to be at the beach as Piper - the second she got out of the car, she was practically already in the water!

While they have called Beaufort home for a while, they are moving back to North Carolina in the coming months to help with Carly’s families new wedding venue! (Go check out Whispering Ridge Farms, they are INCREDIBLE!) This beach is one that they spent quite a bit of time at over the summers, so being able to give them memories that will last of a place that they love makes my heart so full as a photographer. This right here is my why - documenting incredibly special memories for people to be able to look back on forever.

These two have been married for a year and half now, and being able to watch them grow not only as a couple but as individuals has been nothing short of an honor. The future is bright for Carly and Eli and I feel incredibly blessed to be able to call them my friends.
